Treatment Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a proven treatment method for Depression and Anxiety that focuses on the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to our distress.
For a better understanding on CBT and how it works, watch the short video.
I can also answer any question you may have in a consultation call or in a session.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
DBT is a great modality for learning and remembering practical tools to support emotional and social well-being. It focuses on building skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
I love DBT for its simplicity, and easily accessible tools. For a quick brief about DBT, watch the video.
