You are looking to reconnect and strengthen the flourishing, confident, driven, and creative individual you are but you aren’t sure how to get there.
You’ve come to the right place.
I’m Cheryl, and I help children, adolescents, adults, parents, and their families: ones that have noticed unwanted patterns and struggles, but need support to get back to a happy confident being.
I help my clients have fulfilling lives by equipping them with the tools, strategies, and support they need to live their best lives. Many therapeutic services focus their efforts on the end goal of alleviating the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Long-term happiness comes from the generalization of these skills and I tailor our time to utilize and embolden your unique strengths and confidence to compliment the skills you’ve attained.
First we identify the unhelpful patterns, themes, and contextual factors showing up that interfere with your mood and confidence. Then, we explore and identify strengths and solutions that would be most effective for you. Through our work together you will be equipped to identify the patterns and themes and confidently apply solutions to navigate difficult times in life.
I am dedicated to helping people feel empowered in this becoming.
